Q1: What kinds of artworks and designs do you offer?

A: I create handmade ceramics, functional sculptures, printed apparel and custom design services (such as textile prints, garment design, illustration). Each piece is unique or part of a limited edition.

Q2: Do you accept custom commissions?

A: Yes — I welcome custom commissions for ceramics, prints, apparel design or illustration. Please contact me with your idea, budget and timeframe; once we agree on the scope, I’ll send a quote and timeline.

Q3: What is your shipping policy?

A: I ship worldwide from different places, Berlin,Tucuman, and also from where im livind in that moment. Delivery times depend on destination, warehouse location, customs and local postal services. Time of arrival and shipping costs of your order will be calculated at checkout or in your quote.

Q4: What is your return or exchange policy?

A: Because many items are handmade and unique, returns or exchanges may be limited. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue (repair, replacement or refund). For custom or commissioned work, a cancellation or return may not be possible once production has started.

Q5: How do you handle payment?

A: I accept payments via credit and debit card, PayPal and Stripe. (If applies) Full payment or a deposit is required before production of a custom piece begins depending on caractheristics. Shipping will be arranged once payment is confirmed.

Q6: How can I collaborate with you or purchase wholesale?

A: If you’re a gallery, boutique or retailer interested in carrying my work, please send an email with your business details, desired collection and quantities. I’ll provide a wholesale price list, minimums and lead time.

Q7: Do you provide international shipping and handle customs duties?

A: Yes — I ship internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your country; these are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
